Linear cabinet forming line

Introduction

• The foaming line consists of preheating oven, power roller line, input 90 degree overturning machine(include cabinet identify), two direction delivery unit(include automatic nitrogen filling device), foaming fixture, autoinjection unit, output lift translation machine, outer mould water heat unit, pneumatic system, electronic control sysem, etc.
• It adopts liner layout, the fixture outer mould plate is heated by circulating water heating system controlled by a mould tempcontroller. The fixture can block injection hole and pumping core automatically. The mould changing adopts cylinder driving or link gear mechanism with manual control and electric control self-locking. It can be applied to produce different dimension cabinet.
• The line has the advantage of elegant appearance, compact structure, less environmental pollution, small labor intensity, high efficiency, various compatibility, etc.
