Introduction

• The line is mainly used for door foaming. It mainly consists of the overturn line of operation station, injection manipulator, foaming formwork, the unlocking (loading) system, the open (closing) system, the elevator truck using for entering, the hoister of formwork, curing storage, the elevator truck using for exiting, belt conveyor, the exhausting system, curing oven, electrical control system, etc.
• The layout of the foaming line is rectangular. Main working procedure: loading manually, automatic injection, closing, location locking, solidify circularly, unlocking, opening, unloading manually.
• The line have the advantage of compact structure, steady performance, high efficiency, various compatibility, etc.
