Applications

Suitable for removing flux residues and contaminants across diverse board types in small to medium-scale production, supporting EMS and OEM operations that demand consistent cleanliness and high product quality.
Two-Layer Charging System: – Equipped with a dual-layer material rack allowing layered loading, featuring a push-pull feed rack and snap-on doors/windows for fast and convenient switching.
Solvent Cleaning Process: – Rehydration: DI water and a proportionate chemical cleaning agent are pumped into the tank. – Drain: Used cleaning solution is discharged. – Operation: The mixed DI water and solvent circulate through the cleaning tank once the target temperature is reached.
Solvent Rinse Process: – Rehydration: Water is pumped from an external tank. – Operation: After reaching the set temperature, the water is pumped into the cleaning pipe for rinsing. – Drainage: Fluid is discharged via an auxiliary pump.
Water Rinsing Process: – Rehydration: Water is pumped from an external tank. – Operation: Heated water circulates through the cleaning pipe for rinsing. – Drainage: Discharged through an auxiliary pump.
Drying Process: – Operation: Filtered dry air is forced into the chamber to air-dry the product. – Standard drying temperature is approximately 73°C.
